Frauenshuh completed the master planning, entitlements, design, construction, financing and project delivery of this first-of-its-kind orthopedic specialty and sports performance/rehab facility. This award-winning project expanded TCO’s service offering in the region along with its proximity to TCO’s Crosstown Clinic. Frauenshuh has been a trusted service provider and advocate for Twin Cities Orthopedics (TCO) and their rapid growth in the Minneapolis-St. Paul region. As a site selector, developer, project manager and joint venture ownership partner, Frauenshuh has executed and delivered new facilities ranging from 10,000 square feet to over 70,000 square feet for TCO’s clinical, physical therapy and rehabilitation, sports performance, surgery center and ancillary services functions. Frauenshuh continues to provide property and asset management services to the property and joint venture stakeholders.
