FOSTERING LONG-LASTING RELATIONSHIPS

Garden View Medical Building is an example of Frauenshuh Companies fostering diverse partnerships and alliances to create a facility that benefits the changing needs of the community. This project involved Allina Health System and Children's Health Care, who were faced with a lack of medical office space and a limited site available to develop at its United and Children's Hospital location.

When it needed help with the development, Allina turned to its longtime partner and real estate advisor, Frauenshuh Companies. Frauenshuh Companies acted quickly, stepping in to oversee the development project to its completion. Without Frauenshuh's involvement, the opportunity to maximize the development of this site may have been lost.

Garden View Medical Building is connected physically to both Children's and United Hospitals located at the intersection of I-35E and Grand Avenue in Saint Paul, just minutes from downtown Saint Paul. This Class A medical office building added a total of 129,000 square feet to the unified hospital campus. Frauenshuh Companies owns and manages the 5th and 6th floors of this building and is diligently working with tenants throughout the building to ensure that all of their needs are consistently met.
