Dean M. Williamson, CCIM

RESPONSIBILITIES

Dean Williamson has been overseeing the Frauenshuh, Inc. operation since 2008. In addition to his leadership responsibilities, Dean continues to provide a wide array of services with a focus on corporate service representation, development, project management and governmental entitlement all on a local and national level.

EXPERIENCE

Dean started his career at Frauenshuh in 1992.  He has diverse and extensive real estate experience in all markets including office, health care, industrial and retail, with a strong background in providing corporate service solutions for a variety of real estate clientele.  He has successfully completed more than 12,000 acres of property brokerage and approximately 8 million square feet of real estate leasing, development and project management transactions over the years.

PERSONAL

Dean earned his Bachelor Degree in Management from the University of Minnesota where he was also a tenured member of the Golden Gopher Hockey Team from 1987–1990.  He earned his CCIM designation from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute in 1997.  He is a Twin Cities native, residing with his family in Edina.


David M. Anderson

RESPONSIBILITIES

David Anderson co-leads the Corporate Services team and provides representation and consultation to corporate and commercial real estate users, investors and owners to support their firms’ strategy and create value in their real estate positions and portfolio.  David’s practice includes corporate real estate services, tenant and buyer representation, development, acquisition & disposition services and strategic advisory services on a local and national level.

EXPERIENCE

David’s professional experience spans over 28 years in the commercial real estate, development, investment, construction and economic development industry.  Dave’s broad ranging experience includes working with privately held, corporate and institutional entities on an array of real estate projects from strategic real estate and market analysis, site selection, acquisitions, land and building development, financing, government permitting and incentives, and overall project management. Throughout his career, David has been directly involved in the advancement of commercial and corporate real estate transactions and development projects totaling more than $1 billion in value.

Jason A. Butterfield

RESPONSIBILITIES

Jason Butterfield is Senior Director of Brokerage and Corporate Services with Frauenshuh Commercial Real Estate Group. Jason provides real estate portfolio leasing services along with corporate real estate solutions for Frauenshuh corporate clients.

EXPERIENCE

Jason has completed nearly a thousand transactions during his 20 plus years encompassing over 6 million square feet. His efforts are focused on both landlord and tenant representation with an extensive history in the Twin Cities’ office market. Throughout his career, Jason has developed a reputation for his extensive knowledge of the local marketplace and representing clients in their real estate dealings. Jason’s clientele has included a variety of world class corporations and Fortune 500 companies which have relied on his aggressive negotiation skills to help secure their interests as tenants. Landlords, such as Frauenshuh, Equus Capital Partners, MetLife, Opus, Ryan Companies and Ackerberg Group, have benefited from his tenacity and commitment to maximizing their real estate investments.

Ross M. Hedlund, CCIM, RPA

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ross Hedlund co-leads the Corporate Services team and provides representation and consultation to commercial real estate users to support their firms’ strategy and create value in their real estate positions. Ross’ practice includes corporate service consultancy, development projects, government entitlements, tenant representation and strategic advisory services on a local and national level.

EXPERIENCE

Ross has been with Frauenshuh since 2010 and works with clients in the healthcare, office, and retail markets. He has successfully completed more than 5 million square feet of real estate development, tenant representation, leasing, sales and project management transactions. He also brings eight years of military experience including two year-long tours to Iraq in 2004 and 2009. He separated from the military with several awards including a Bronze Star Medal, an Army Commendation Medal and a Combat Action Badge.

Ross completed the Real Estate Management Program through Harvard Business School and Harvard Graduate School of Design Executive Education, earned an MBA with a Finance Emphasis graduating with distinction as a Carlson Scholar from the Carlson School of Management, and earned a BSB with a double-major in Entrepreneurial Management and Marketing from the Carlson School of Management. Ross is a licensed real estate Broker and real estate Salesperson in the state of Minnesota and a licensed remote pilot with the FAA. Ross’s awards include multiple NAIOP Award of Excellence, being named to the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal’s 2019 “40 Under 40” cohort and multiple other awards through MSCA, MREJ, Finance & Commerce, and other business and real estate associations. Ross enjoys ultra-endurance athletics, golfing, yoga and spending time with his family.


Ken J. Kraft, AIA, CHC, LEED AP

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ken Kraft provides a wide range of project management services to our clients to ensure that their projects run smoothly and delivered on-time and on budget. Ken continually reviews design, construction and logistical alternatives to guarantee that time and cost savings alternatives are realized by our clients. Ken’s primary responsibilities include coordinating the project processes including the development of drawings, specifications, bidding, award/execution of contracts, financial controls, project oversight, value engineering, and ensuring a successful project closeout.

EXPERIENCE

Ken has over 25 years of experience in the project management, engineering, architecture, and construction of various project types across the United States and internationally. Ken holds bachelor’s degrees of Architecture and Environmental Design from NDSU and an Associate Degree in Engineering from SDSU. Ken is a licensed Architect in multiple states including Minnesota.  Ken’s team has been recognized and awarded by Fortune 500 companies for their success in delivering complex projects.

Wayne D. Kuykendall, CPM

RESPONSIBILITIES

Wayne Kuykendall came to Frauenshuh in 1995 and has 45 plus years of experience in commercial real estate. Wayne is responsible for listing land, office, and industrial properties for clients throughout the Twin Cities metropolitan area and represents clients in their real estate needs in and outside of the Twin Cities.  Wayne also provides tenant representation in office and industrial requirements for clients.

EXPERIENCE

Wayne worked with many esteemed companies including Reliastar Corporate Properties, Dain Corporation, Eberhardt Company, Honeywell Building Management Services and Towle Company. He previously was Co-Chair of Building Owners and Managers Association’s marketing committee for eight years.

Dylan McCormick provides project management services to customers throughout all phases of the project. Dylan has thoughtful, collaborative, and strategic approach. Dylan is a key team member during the initiating and planning phases and will be essential to your projects success by providing effective planning and execution that will achieve successful outcomes. Dylan will support the occupancy, transition to operations, and other closeout activities. He has a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting expectations.

EXPERIENCE

Dylan has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus in healthcare and professional office. His experience in architecture, construction, and project management provides him a well-rounded understanding of design and construction. He is experienced in managing infrastructure, renovations, build-outs, and new construction type projects. He can manage multiple projects or focus his attention on your large multi-million-dollar capital investment.

Abbie L. Oxley

RESPONSIBILITIES

Abbie Oxley is responsible for creating and maintaining the Frauenshuh brand in all company events and materials. She works to implement marketing strategies that allow Frauenshuh to develop and deliver cutting edge creative marketing materials, as well as work with leadership to develop new marketing ideas and plans.

EXPERIENCE

Abbie joined Frauenshuh in 2021 and is a vibrant, young marketing professional with two years of experience. She previously has worked with a variety of small-owned companies and organizations helping them to develop synchronous marketing and business strategies, as well as brand identity packages. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations Degree from Iowa State University.

Abbie resides in Minnetonka, MN where she enjoys spending her time with family and friends, cooking, collecting houseplants, and exploring local restaurants.

Kelly Scharping is responsible for implementing human resource management strategies that enable Frauenshuh to recruit, train and retain a high performing and motivated workforce. Kelly specializes in talent management, staffing, employee benefits, compliance, employee relations policies and strategies, learning and development.

Kelly joined Frauenshuh in 2011 and is an accomplished HR professional with over 8 years of experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise and Sports Management from The University of North Carolina/Greensboro.

Mark joined Frauenshuh, Inc. in 2021.  Prior to joining the Company, Mark brings more than 30 years of experience in finance, operations and accounting. In his most recent role as Chief Financial Officer at St. Paul Eye Clinic, Mark was instrumental in strategic and operational decision-making and implemented analytical tools to evaluate business performance, improvement and growth opportunities allowing the company to prioritize, and efficiently use, its financial, physical and human resources.
