Lawson Commons

Frauenshuh, along with Bill Lawson, set the stage for the revitalization in St. Paul for the area surrounding Rice Park. In addition to the Infor Building, they were intricate in the future development of the Xcel Energy Center and Travelers Building with then, Mayor Norm Coleman. Frauenshuh represented Lawson in their corporate headquarters site selection process and negotiation with the City of St. Paul.

LaSalle Plaza

Frauenshuh developed LaSalle Plaza, an award winning project in 1991, which included the YMCA and renovation of the Historic State Theatre. LaSalle is the property that ignited the development in Minneapolis along Nicollet and Hennepin Avenues. The property is bridging the business and entertainment district and has also been the catalyst for the future development north of Hennepin including Target Center and Target Field.
