Marykay Alexson

RESPONSIBILITIES

Marykay Alexson works in the Frauenshuh Property Management division as the Client Services Supervisor.  She is responsible for managing the Dispatch team to provide work direction, training and overall support. The dispatch team is a key element of our overall service delivery and interacts with every group within Frauenshuh.

Marykay and her team dispatch our site-based and roving engineers for tenant service calls.  She also handles the invoicing to our clients and assists the Engineering Manager with the department financials. She keeps engineering and department records, assuring preventive maintenance is up to date and records maintained, all while assisting our Lead Engineers and Engineering Manager with special projects.

EXPERIENCE

Marykay joined Frauenshuh in 2008, prior to moving into Frauenshuh’ s dispatch role, she worked as Office Manager for her family’s property maintenance and construction company.  She has over 16 years of experience in the commercial and residential property arena.

Marykay earned her Associate of Arts Degree in Accounting from Normandale Community College.  She is a Twin Cities native, resides in Burnsville and enjoys spending time with her family and reading.

Katherine D. Cohen

RESPONSIBILITIES

Katie Cohen is a key member of the Project Management Team within Frauenshuh. She is responsible for managing a variety of projects on behalf of our clients within the office, medical and retail sectors.

EXPERIENCE

Katie joined the Frauenshuh team in 2018.  Prior to joining Frauenshuh, she worked in property and asset management in both the Twin Cities and DC Metro area.  In her previous roles, Katie was responsible for budgeting, vendor management, and management of Class A office buildings.  Katie is an active member in both the IREM and BOMA Minneapolis chapters and is currently pursuing her CPM designation.

Chad A. Conoryea, CFM, FMP

RESPONSIBILITIES

Chad Conoryea is an Associate Director of Facilities Management within the Frauenshuh Property and Asset Management Group.  He currently works with the team supporting the Bremer Bank portfolio throughout MN, WI and ND. His primary responsibilities are customer relations, property operations, financial oversight, as well as long and short-term planning. Chad’s diverse experience with corporate facilities and investment property brings a wide range of experience to his clients and teammates.

EXPERIENCE

Chad joined Frauenshuh in 2008. Prior to moving into the Frauenshuh Property and Asset Management division, he worked in the Facility Management Group assisting in managing a multi-site portfolio.  Chad has also owned and operated his own landscape company during high school and college, worked in the residential lending department at TCF Bank, and managed several residential apartment buildings.

Chad earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management from the University of St. Thomas in 2003.  He is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Minnesota. Chad is a Minnesota native residing with his family in Eagan.


Latrice N. Dasher

RESPONSIBILITIES

Latrice Dasher brings an extensive and solid record of real estate management experience to the Frauenshuh Team. Latrice supports a team of staff members with Frauenshuh Commercial Real Estate Group on key projects across many industry lines. Latrice’s responsibilities include preparing contracts, processing documents, administering payments, and managing various property and project assignments. She also manages communication coordination including agenda/minutes preparation, calls for regular maintenance service with contractors, and directly interfacing with end users, vendors, owners, and the public.

EXPERIENCE

Latrice has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and holds a Minnesota Real Estate license. She joined Frauenshuh in 2022 and prior to joining Frauenshuh, Latrice managed portfolios and projects in medical, retail, and commercial property types in the greater Minneapolis-St. Paul area.

Latrice earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Literature & Humanities from Minnesota State University of Mankato. Latrice is a Minnesota native and enjoys hiking in the outdoors, yoga, and time with family.


Dean R. Freeman, CCIM, CPM

RESPONSIBILITIES

Dean Freeman oversees several areas for Frauenshuh, Inc. including investments, acquisition and property/facilities management of a 4.5 million square foot portfolio. Additionally he works with the property/asset management teams in the delivery of management and related services to the ownership and tenants in the managed portfolio.  Dean also works in the areas of corporate services, strategic planning, acquisitions and financings.

EXPERIENCE

Dean joined Frauenshuh Commercial in late 2011.  Prior to joining the Company Dean spent six years with Cassidy Turley (2005-2011), 16 years with United Properties, now Cushman/Wakefield Northmarq (1990-2005) and nine years with Towle Real Estate working in Tulsa, Oklahoma and Minneapolis, Minnesota (1981-1990).  During his career, Dean has worked in a variety of areas including client relations, operations, business development, strategic planning, leasing and investments.

Dean earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics for the University of Minnesota in 1979.  He became a Certified Property Manager (CPM) in 1987 and earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2000. Dean and his wife reside in Rosemount.


Nancy J. Hane

RESPONSIBILITIES

Nancy Hane joined Frauenshuh in 2017.  Nancy has an extensive history of over 20 years of experience and increasing responsibilities in commercial property management in the local real estate industry. For Frauenshuh, Nancy is responsible for the management and operation of a portfolio of six medical office and two industrial properties in the Twin Cities and Duluth.

EXPERIENCE

Nancy previously managed a mix of medical, office and industrial properties for Northco Real Estate Services, Colonnade Properties and IRET Properties.  Her strengths include financial controls compliance, customer service and timely reporting.

Kelly L. Hecksel, CFM, FMP

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kelly Hecksel currently oversees a portfolio of bank branch buildings including a service center and corporate offices consisting of over 1,000,000 square feet over a three-state region.  Her primary responsibilities include tenant services, facility operations, financial oversight, leasing support, project management as well as long and short-term planning.

EXPERIENCE

Kelly joined Frauenshuh in 2012.  Before moving into her current position in the Facility Management Division, she supported multiple clients in facility operations and managing capital improvement projects within the company.  Prior to joining Frauenshuh Kelly worked at Burnet Title as a closing account executive. She has over 18 years of real estate knowledge and expertise to offer her accounts.

Kelly earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Management from Minnesota School of Business in 2006.  She is a Minnesota native and currently resides in Mankato with her husband, four children and two dogs.


Gerald M. Hersman

RESPONSIBILITIES

Jerry Hersman oversees company-owned and 3rd Party portfolios that total 110 properties and over 2.5 million SF. Property types include suburban and CBD commercial, medical office, industrial, retail and 85 financial services branch offices. Jerry’s team consists of seven Property and Facility Directors and Managers, four Administrative Assistants and fifteen engineers with responsibilities of strategic portfolio, client asset and property management, financial reporting and forecasting, and client communications.

EXPERIENCE

Jerry joined Frauenshuh in January 2018. Previously, Jerry spent the past 15 years providing asset and property management on a portfolio of up to 3.1 million SF 24-property mixed-use real estate that included Landmark Towers – a 213,000 SF 20-story Class A office tower in downtown St. Paul, MN. In addition to Landmark Towers, Jerry directed the corporate real estate programs for up to 240 locations with four other national Twin City-based firms. Jerry has directed C-Suite and Ownership strategic planning, financial reporting, client relations, property sales and leasing, planning and construction, and administrative programs including Corporate Travel, Purchasing and Mailroom Operations. Jerry has served leadership roles in the real estate industry locally and nationally since 1986.

Jerry earned a Bachelor of Sciences in Business with an Accounting Major at the University of Minnesota – Minneapolis.  Jerry and his wife Beth reside in Eagan and have two adult sons. Jerry enjoys all sports and recreation, travel, reading and family time.


Timothy L. Jackson

RESPONSIBILITIES

Tim Jackson helps direct our Frauenshuh Property and Asset Management departments. Tim works closely with the ownership team as a key member of our staff with process implementation and procedural improvement as well as oversees a portfolio of properties directly. Tim provides a unique perspective adding value to both our operations and financial aspects as well as providing a dynamic understanding of facility management bringing operational efficiencies to our portfolio and clients.

EXPERIENCE

Tim joined Frauenshuh in 2022. With more than 28 years of experience, Tim is suited with strong communication skills and a solution-driven approach to every aspect of commercial property management. Previously with Colliers, Tim managed office, industrial, retail, and medical properties and was in multiple management roles including vice president of Engineering & Property Services that serviced over 32 million square feet of office, retail and industrial properties in the metro area. Prior to Colliers, Tim was employed as a senior regional property manager with Developers Diversified Realty for 10 plus years and supervised a team of property managers in the Chicago and Milwaukee areas that were responsible for more than 5 million square feet of retail properties located in the Minneapolis, Milwaukee and Chicago markets.

Jason Klinghagen

RESPONSIBILITIES

Jason Klinghagen is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of our engineering team and supporting the goals and objectives of our clients and properties.  In this role, he works closely with our teams in operations, client services, energy management, sustainability and planning.

EXPERIENCE

Jason joined Frauenshuh in early 2015 as a Roving Engineer for the Frauenshuh Facilities Building Service team and in 2016 was promoted to Lead Engineer of the team.  Prior to joining the Company, Jason spent eight years as an Engineer for Ameripride Services (2007-2015), attended Dunwoody College for his degree in HVAC and Plumbing Design (2005-2007), and spent five years as an HVAC and Plumbing Technician for TEK Mechanical in Hutchinson, MN (2000-2005).
