Frauenshuh provided full-service site selection, design, development, financing and project management services to complete the delivery of a new state-of-the-art branch facility for Bremer Bank in Amery, WI.  The project is a reflection of the right-sizing and repositioning initiative across the Bremer portfolio which coincided with the sale of Bremer’s existing downtown branch facility to the City of Amery for its city offices and library. 

Frauenshuh was able to secure the off-market acquisition of a prominent corner in the downtown area for the development of this new branch.  Working with the existing property owner, tenant and city, a plan emerged that brings new vitality and activity to the area.  Bremer opened the new facility in May of 2021.
