CenterPoint engaged Frauenshuh to assist in its preparation of a strategic real estate plan which led to several new project initiatives within its portfolio, including acquisition of a new 100,000 square foot building for its headquarters in downtown Minneapolis.  Frauenshuh represented CenterPoint in this off-market acquisition, project management execution of the facility redevelopment project.  Another project included the development of a new 64,000 square foot operations and warehouse facility on approximately 14 acres of land owned by CenterPoint Energy in Golden Valley, MN.

Frauenshuh continues to advise CenterPoint on its real estate portfolio including owned and leased locations and assisting with a variety of facility management projects.
