In 2005, MN Urology engaged Frauenshuh to assist in unifying its east metro strategy by selecting and developing a Multi-Specialty Medical Office building for three complementary medical providers.  The two-story medical complex was designed and developed with the capacity to add a third floor for future development, in addition to a future medical pad site sized for a 10,000 square foot medical user.  Flexibility, way-finding and a “patient friendly” environment were all top of mind and the building has been 100% occupied since its inceptions.
