Following its acquisition of the 7700 France Avenue building in 2001, Frauenshuh repositioned this under-utilized property by adding a free-standing signature building on the corner of France Avenue and Minnesota Drive.  This 7,623 square foot build-to-suit development was designed for Fidelity Investment, which they have occupied since 2005.  Frauenshuh has owned and managed the building since its inception, and recently renewed Fidelity’s lease at this prime location.
