Frauenshuh in collaboration with HealthPartners completed strategic site evaluation and selection, land assembly, due diligence, as well as governmental approval and development services. This involved a three (3) party transaction with the Anoka HRA purchasing the former clinic, HealthPartners purchasing the Castle Field site owned by the City of Anoka and relocating the coveted “Castle Field” baseball park to the high school.

Additionally, Frauenshuh negotiated a creative agreement with the municipal golf course to reroute site stormwater to the 18th hole as it is both an amenity and functional utility that maximized the development potential of the site.
