In 1999, Frauenshuh fulfilled a market need by developing a three-story multi-specialty surgery center in Lake Elmo, MN.  By unifying complementary independent medical providers with a physician owned multi-specialty surgery center, High Pointe become a “first of its kind” facility with a guided brand.  The three-story medical complex was designed and developed to add a twin building for future development.  Frauenshuh coordinated site selection, entitlements, development and physician group recruitment.
