Life Development Resources was in need of a new space for substantial growth from their previous office-condo location. Frauenshuh assisted them with the search for a new location, needing to stay within the City limits of Lakeville due to certain insurance requirements. Various alternatives were considered including lease locations, purchases and new development. When an almost-new location that was being vacated by Edina Realty came up located in the outlot of a shopping center at the high-traffic intersection of Cedar Avenue and County Road 46, Frauenshuh immediately notified Life Development Resources and assisted with the analysis, purchase, and renovation. This site allows Life Development Resources to control its future and also allows for flexible growth through leasing of various parts of the adjacent shopping center.
