Frauenshuh assisted with the development of this 19,324 square foot medical facility in a joint-venture partnership with both Hudson Physicians and Associated Eye Care. Hudson Physicians operates a 12,655 square foot outpatient clinic served by 10 primary and specialty care physicians and supported by 30 additional staff with the capacity to see up to 200 patients a day. In addition, Associated Eye Care operates in an adjacent 6,669 square foot clinic, providing eye clinic services and an optical shop.

This state-of-the-art facility was delivered on-time and on-budget following our collaborative approach to managing the design and construction phased of the project.
