Frauenshuh provided full-service site selection, design, development, financing and project management services to complete the delivery of a new state-of-the-art branch facility for Old National Bank (formerly Bremer Bank) in Amery, WI. The project is a reflection of the right-sizing and repositioning initiative across the Old National portfolio which coincided with the sale of their existing downtown branch facility to the City of Amery for its city offices and library.

Frauenshuh was able to secure the off-market acquisition of a prominent corner in the downtown area for the development of this new branch. Working with the existing property owner, tenant, and city, a plan emerged that brings new vitality and activity to the area. Old National Bank opened the new facility in May of 2021
