Forced to relocate due to a healthcare related expansion, Frauenshuh was engaged to assist Park Dental with relocating its primary care dental clinic in Blaine, MN.  The search was shaped by patient demographics, payer mix, patient base, and future residential growth.  Frauenshuh worked through the governmental entitlements to develop a 7,000 square foot facility with future expansion, which was completed in 2016.  The facility has been the home to Park Dental for over 20 years and continues to serve the market with high quality patient care.
