Frauenshuh assisted Park Dental with site analysis and identification of options to grow their practice in the Shakopee, Minnesota market to include options for lease, purchase or new development. A bank site, which the interior had never been completed, was identified as a solid option at a very low cost of entry compared to the costs of ground-up construction. Frauenshuh provided acquisition and project management services to transform this shell building designed for a bank into a high-finish dental clinic with the capability for future expansion.
