Frauenshuh and Park Dental have partnered on projects since 1983. We have completed a five (5) building Joint Venture through Dental Building Fund I, LLC in 2018 and are currently working through an additional five (5) building Joint Venture to close in 2021.

Frauenshuh provides full property and asset management services at all ten (10) owned locations and also provides supplementary property management and facilities support for their other locations owned by various other landlords on an as-needed basis.

Frauenshuh also provides full strategic planning, tenant representation, project management and development services for Park Dental and The Dental Specialists.
