Frauenshuh guided Park Nicollet with the relocation of the Eden Prairie Clinic located at Highway 4 and Highway 5 in Eden Prairie to capture larger market share in Chanhassen, MN. The site was sourced through an “off-market” option on the American Legion property at the time.

Frauenshuh was asked to develop, manage and own this state-of-the-art facility which proudly serves the southwest market with a full array of community-based medical services. Frauenshuh continues providing property management services since 2005.
