In 2008, Frauenshuh was retained to source a land site near the Park Nicollet St. Louis Park Campus to house a state-of-the-art eating disorders clinic.  After months of site analysis, Frauenshuh worked hand-in-hand with the City of St. Louis Park to redeploy an earmarked dog park site for the future home of the Melrose Center.  In 2010, that vision became a reality.  The Melrose Clinic continues to be a pioneer in mental health and provides critical outpatient treatments, day programs and residential services.
