In the early 2000’s, Frauenshuh lead a strategic market expansion plan for Park Nicollet in the west metro area.  Through a very detailed analytical analyses, one of the communities that was identified as an underserved market was Plymouth.  With that information in hand, Frauenshuh worked with Park Nicollet to source a  13 acre site that was previously used as a driving range located on Highway 55 and County Road 101, just south of the new Wayzata High School. The property was acquired in 2006, and seven (7) years later it was developed into a 32,000 square foot comprehensive care clinic including primary care, specialty care and dental.
