
Real Estate Advisor
POSITION SUMMARY
This position provides corporate services within Frauenshuh Inc. This position will be responsible for providing clients with a wide array of services based on client requirements including but not limited to the following:
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
General Corporate Services and Development:
Create and maintain site analyses and market maps.
Generate lease abstracts and analyze lease terms for clients.
Maintain schedules, agenda, budgets and other tracking forms for development projects.
Tenant/Buyer Representation:
Provide market analysis, options and insights to clients.
Coordinate tours for clients.
Coordinate the proposal, financial analysis and lease or purchase agreement negotiation process for clients.
Provide follow-up support for clients as needed.
Leasing/Sales Services:
Assist in marketing and leasing space in the office, retail, medical and industrial markets.
Develop and maintain knowledge of individual markets.
Research and call on prospective tenants or subtenants; schedule- appointments; assist with relationship building.
Lease Renewals:
Assist in the preparation of lease proposals and lease documents.
Coordinate the execution and tracking of all lease renewal documents.
Provide accurate and timely reporting of all leasing activities to clients.
Respond to inquiries in a timely / professional and creative manner.
Other:
Maintain active membership in appropriate organizations, such as MNCAR, NAIOP, MSCA, CCIM, etc as needed and approved by Senior Management.
Advise on market changes, which impact team goals and objectives.
Prospect for new business as applicable.
Provide departmental support as requested.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors Degree in related field.
Previous experience in commercial real estate leasing a plus, however not a requirement.
Valid Minnesota Salesperson Real Estate License.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
The candidate must have very strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong negotiating skills and ability to lead and document meetings.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Project and Power Point.
Ability to read, understand, and interpret real estate documents, and financial statements.
Ability to prioritize, juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines, both as an individual contributor and as a support team member.
Excellent customer service skills.
Attention to detail and quality control are critical.
