Crystal earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Crystal is a Minnesota native and currently lives in Houlton, WI with her husband and 3 sons.

Responsibilities

Crystal Pingel serves as a Director of Property Management, where she provides leadership and strategic oversight for a diverse commercial real estate portfolio totaling more than 1.2 million square feet of mixed use, office, and medical properties. In addition to overseeing property operations at Infor Commons, Crystal partners closely with ownership groups, tenants and internal teams to drive operational performance, financial results and long-term asset value.

Her responsibilities include team leadership and development, financial reporting and budgets, capital planning, tenant relations, construction, and tenant improvement coordination and overall operation strategy. Crystal is recognized for her collaborative leadership style, proactive communication, and commitment to delivering exceptional service while building strong client and tenant relationships.

Experience

Crystal joined Frauenshuh in 2020 and brings more than 20 years of commercial and residential property management experience. Prior to joining the company, she managed a wide range of commercial, mixed-use, and homeowner associations throughout the Minneapolis-St. Paul market. As a Director of Property Management, Crystal is focusing on mentoring teams, enhancing operational efficiencies, supporting business growth initiatives, and delivering best-in-class management services across the portfolio. She also holds a Minnnesota Real Estate License.
