Responsibilities

David Anderson serves as Senior Vice President of Frauenshuh, Inc., where he advises corporate, healthcare, and business clients on complex real estate strategies that drive long-term value and support organizational growth. With extensive experience in commercial real estate development and advisory services, David specializes in acquisitions and dispositions, development, entitlements, finance, negotiations, and land-use optimization.

David works with a diverse range of clients, from entrepreneurial and family-owned businesses to large corporations and health systems with national and international real estate interests. He is known for helping organizations align their real estate portfolios with broader business objectives, creating value through strategic planning, development, and execution.

Experience

An active leader within the commercial real estate industry, David has held leadership positions with the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) as a past President and has previously served on the Advisory Board of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Minnesota and is a past Chairman of the Minnesota Economic Development Foundation (MEDF), among other industry organizations.

David earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Local and Urban Affairs (Economic Development) from St. Cloud State University and has previously served on the University Foundation’s Board of Trustees. He is a licensed real estate salesperson and holds the Economic Development Finance Professional (EDFP) designation from the National Development Council.
