David is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Minnesota and is a Certified Economic Development Finance Professional through the National Development Council. David and his family reside in Bloomington, Minnesota.

Responsibilities

David Anderson co-leads the Frauenshuh Corporate Services team, providing representation, consultation and strategic solutions to corporate and commercial real estate users, investors and owners to drive business strategy and create asset value. David’s practice includes corporate real estate services, tenant and buyer representation, development, acquisitions & dispositions and strategic advisory services on a local and national level.

Experience

David’s professional experience spans over 31 years in corporate and commercial real estate, development, investments, construction, and economic development.  David has worked with private and publicly held corporate and institutional entities on an array of real estate and facilities projects from strategic planning and market analysis, site selection, acquisitions, development, financing, government permitting and incentives, and overall project execution. Throughout his career, David has been directly involved in the advancement of commercial, corporate and institutional real estate transactions and development projects totaling more than $2.5 billion in value.
