Dylan earned an Associate Degree in Construction Management from NHCC, a Degree in Drafting and Design Technology from Herzing College, and is a Certified Professional in Project Management. Dylan is a Minnesota native and lives with his family in the north metro. Dylan enjoys family time, being outdoors, camping, playing hockey and golf.

Responsibilities

Dylan McCormick co-leads the Frauenshuh Project Management team and provides comprehensive project management services on commercial real estate projects from inception, planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout. Dylan’s management approach is customer-centric, strategic, thoughtful, and collaborative. His involvement during the earliest stages of the project will prove essential to the long-term success by supporting the team in establishing an effective and realistic project plan. He has a proven track record of exceeding expectations and successfully delivering projects.  

Experience

Dylan joined the Frauenshuh in 2021. He has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus in healthcare. His experience in architecture, construction, and project management provides him with a well-rounded understanding of facility planning and the building process. He is experienced in managing infrastructure, remodels, expansions, and ground up construction projects. He has the ability to manage multiple projects or focus his attention on large multi-million-dollar capital investment.
