Katie earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from the University of Minnesota.  She is a Twin Cities native and resides in the metro area with her family. Katie enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering, and traveling.

Responsibilities

Katie Cohen currently works in the Project & Property Management Group within Frauenshuh. She is responsible for managing a variety of projects on behalf of our clients within the office, medical and retail sectors.

Experience

Katie joined the Frauenshuh team in 2018.  Prior to joining Frauenshuh, she worked in property and asset management in both the Twin Cities and DC Metro area.  In her previous roles, Katie was responsible for financial projections, vendor management, and management of Class A office buildings.  Today, Katie is on the project management team acting as a project manager and owner representative on third-party projects throughout Minnesota and Illinois. Additionally, Katie is actively pursuing her CAPM and PMP certifications through the Project Management Institute.
