Max earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Psychology from Saint John’s University. Max is originally from Saint Cloud but currently resides in St. Paul. In Max’s free time he enjoys golfing, getting out on the lake and spending time with family & friends.

Responsibilities

Max LaBine is a key member of the Property and Asset Management Group. In his role, Max is responsible for an array of services including property management, tenant relations, financial and budget reporting, as well as leasing and marketing. Max brings additional depth to the portfolio and asset management team.

Experience

Max joined Frauenshuh in 2022 with a focus on managing client portfolio properties. Prior to joining Frauenshuh, Max worked in the golf industry for 5 years. During his experience he assisted customers in picking out equipment, processing sales, and providing overall customer service. Max also spent a year volunteering at a high school in Humacao, Puerto Rico. During his experience, he constructed/taught lesson plans, organized after-school clubs and started a fundraiser for a local Children’s hospital.
