Mike graduated in December of 2018 with his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. Mike was born and raised in Saint Paul, currently residing in Minneapolis and is an avid golfer.

Responsibilities

Mike Dolan joined Frauenshuh in 2026 and currently works in the Property and Asset Management Group. In this role, he is responsible for assisting and coordinating the activities of properties including physical property management, tenant relations, financial and budget reporting, as well as leasing and marketing.

Experience

Prior to joining Frauenshuh, Mike worked in the commercial property management industry for six years, serving as a Property Manager at Colliers International and most recently, JLL. He has managed all asset types from office, industrial, retail, and medical office. In these roles, he was responsible for all day-to-day operations, tenant communications, client communications, financials, budgeting, and expense control.
