Peter earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in East Asian Studies from the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities and his Master of Science degree in Business Administration – Marketing from Sungkyungkwan Graduate School of Business in South Korea. Peter was born in South Korea but grew up in South Minneapolis. He currently resides in Richfield with his wife and son. In Peter’s free time he enjoys traveling, working on DIY home improvement projects and spending time with family and friends.

Responsibilities

Peter Winzig is a key member of the Property and Asset Management Group. In his role, Peter is responsible for an array of services including property management, tenant relations, project management, financial and budget reporting, as well as leasing and marketing. He currently works with the team supporting properties primarily focused on healthcare but extending into mixed-use retail and industrial totaling approximately 600,000 SF throughout the Twin Cities Metro and western Wisconsin areas. Peter brings additional depth to the portfolio and asset management team.

Experience

Peter joined Frauenshuh in 2023 with a focus on managing client portfolio properties. Prior to joining Frauenshuh, Peter worked for Harvard Maintenance for three and a half years as an Account Manager. He managed two healthcare accounts with seven locations across the metro and western Wisconsin totaling more than 400,000 SF. Prior to that he worked domestically and abroad with a background in marketing, business development and facilities and project management. Peter is well versed in managing assets, marketing, business analytics and providing excellent customer service.
