Winnesota Regional Transportation was in need a new freezer and refrigerated storage location in the Hudson, Wisconsin market. Frauenshuh assisted with governmental approvals for the 50,000 square foot building including an initial 27,000 square foot refrigerated storage area, 16,000 square foot freezer area, 17,000 square foot dry storage area, and 2,000 square foot office area.  The facility includes 6 dock doors, 2 drive-in doors,  and speed doors between the various temperature-controlled areas. The site allows for crossdocking and has a fully integrated warehouse management system.

The site was such a success that Winnesota needed to expand within the first two years. Frauenshuh assisted Winnesota with the expansion for an additional 20,000 square feet, maximizing its footprint on the site.
