When Wolfe Lake Professional Center was sold to a new investor in 2021, Frauenshuh was fortunate to win the property management and leasing assignment.  Built in 2004, Wolfe Lake is a premier office property, located in the city center of St. Louis Park.  The 55,000 square foot, two (2) story class A building is home to a diverse mix of medical, financial services and office users. 

Frauenshuh stepped into the management, assuming responsibility for day-to-day operations, in-process leasing and construction projects.  As we moved forward, each aspect of the assignment was completed by our diverse group of professionals who bring expertise in property management, construction, engineering and accounting.  We were able to adapt our approach and programs to meet the specific needs of the new owner, while continuing to manage Wolfe Lake as a premier asset.
