David Frauenshuh has more than 50 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. With his extensive history in real estate and marketing expertise, he has built a reputation for himself as well as for Frauenshuh, Inc. He leads an organization focused on creative real estate solutions and property ownership and investment. The name Frauenshuh is synonymous with honesty and integrity.
Frauenshuh, Inc. has vast expertise in the areas of development, corporate service, project management, property management and financing within the office, medical and mixed-use sectors. Over the years, David has provided strategic solutions for many organizations as it relates to their business model as well as site and real estate optimization. Significant projects include LaSalle Plaza, Infor Commons, and St. Francis Hospital in the Twin Cities as well as many renowned projects across the country.
Mr. Frauenshuh is a graduate of Minnesota State University Mankato and a recipient of their Distinguished Alumni Award. A native of the Saint Paul area, he is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks and the Building Owners and Management Association (founding member RPA designation). He was also a recipient of the Minnesota Business Hall of Fame Award.
David humbly supports many causes that improve our communities - from the Frauenshuh Cancer Center at Park Nicollet to GlobeServe International, supporting the Frauenshuh Preparatory School in Ghana along with many other local and national organizations. He has supported and served on the boards of many for-profit and non-profit organizations, including the following: Economic Club of Minnesota (founder and board member), Salvation Army National Advisory Board, Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines for the Federal Housing Finance Board, Minnesota Prayer Breakfast Chairman, Minnesota Military Family Foundation Board, National Prayer Breakfast Business Leaders Committee, and Children’s House of Hawaii Board of Trustees. Many of which he is still actively involved. He also performs outreach and Christian missionary work with several charitable organizations.
